Nadine was very polite and prepared my food perfectly and helped her staff out all at the same time. Awesome experience.
Usually it is well ran, efficient, & very fresh.
While I noticed they were training a couple of people, the Queso dip was basically cold that I paid $3.79+tax for, they ran out of the Hot Salsa, and they ran out of Southern tea.
Hopefully they get back to their normal or I will have to find a new Keto friendly Mexican place....
If I could give a zero rating I would. So I went in this afternoon for lunch at work. I wanted a steak bowl but they were out of white rice at the moment, so I settled for steak tacos. After the cashier (I am assuming she was new..) was having trouble with the register and waiting 5-10 minutes (which is fine.. I understand, and she was very kind) they rang me out, I wanted my order to go, which they had in a tray already, I went back to work, looked at my food.. saw I had... maybe like.. 10 chips? Not even.. and my limes that I had got with my tacos, were so old, they looked like someone squeezed the juice out of them. So I tried calling, no answer.. tried about two more times before someone finally answered (which they were busy, I understand) and I told them I wanted my money back, I was very upset. So I drove back, waited again, at this point.. I had like 5 minutes left of my lunch. I didn't have my card on me of the refund, they refused to give me my money back, and wanted to give me a coupon for the mix up, I asked them if they could give me cash, since I was In a huge hurry to get back to work. I understand they were trying to do their job, but I'm sorry, if I am going to spend 15 bucks on 3 tacos, and a cup of queso, I expect quality service. I did say some choice words, which I shouldn't have, and have been getting very condescending emails from the regional manager, I have to say. This is probably the worst Moe's I have even been too, I know when you have a to go order, they give you chips in a bag, and it's definitely more than 10 of them. But to not give me my money back, and for you regional manager to be the same way and treat me like shit, when I admitted to what I did was wrong is unacceptable, we are human.. but I went 9 hours at work without any food. Hope you're happy.
I use to praise Moe's for their customer service and for the phenomenal food. Thank god, there is a plethora of Mexican restaurants, and fast food Mexican food that I can go to, I'd rather get ecoli from chipotle than deal with what I deal with. I'll never go to another Moe's again, and also... word of mouth is a wonderful thing.
This is so sad. Terrible food. My son only likes cheese and meat. But the guy making thought it was too scrawny so he put on a half lb of cheese. Absolutely insane. 6 pieces of chicken. Like they dont even realize the cheese is more expensive than the chicken
So his burrito has 2" round and all shredded cheese.
Mine was gross too. Cilantro rice had way too much lime. Entire burrito tastes like lime. I am done with Moes.
Food is great. For whatever reason they refuse to open there drive thru line and can't handle orders made in advance. Every time we use the app they don't make it until we get there. That's WHY people use the app...so they don't have to wait in a long a** line.
